General Overseer of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has urged leaders in Ivory Coast to heighten security at their borders due to an impending danger he claims to have foreseen.

0

According to him, it has been revealed to him in a vision that Ivory Coast will experience bloodshed and disorder.

1

"In my vision this dawn, the Lord told me to warn and alert Ivory Coast and its leaders," he said.

2

On that note, the prophet advised political leaders to guard their borders jealously and intensify security.

3

"Their national security should be checked at the highest level. I see bloodshed and disorder," he added.

4

Currently, people in Ivory Coast's capital, Abidjan, are gripped with fear as gunshots have been heard all over the city over the past 48 hours.

5

Many believe that a military takeover or a major protest is in the offing against poor governance.

6

In the last two days, at least 33 people are believed to have died as fighting broke out in different parts of the capital.

7

But there has been no official communiqué on the cause of the unrest.

8

And the Ivorian President Ouattara has not appeared in public or made any statement to calm nerves.
